Yakitori ONE Reservation Policy

Omakase | Fine Dining Reservation

  • A deposit is required for Omakase reservations.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • 24 hours before reservation: Full deposit refund.
    • Less than 24 hours before reservation: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Changes to Reservation:
    • If the number of guests changes, charges will still apply based on the original reservation count.
    • Example: If a reservation was made for 4 guests, but only 3 guests arrive, charges will still apply for 4 guests.
    • To modify the number of guests, reservation time, or cancel the booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Izakaya | Beer Garden | À La Carte Reservation

  • NO deposit is required for à la carte reservations.
  • If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so we can accommodate other guests.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Dishes are served according to the scheduled reservation time.
  • If guests arrive more than 10 minutes late, previously served dishes cannot be re-served.
  • Omakase dining times as below:
    1. 5:30 PM – 7:45 PM
    2. 8:00 PM – 10:15 PM
    3. 10:30 PM – 12:30 AM
    4. 12:30 AM till Last Order 1:30 AM
  • Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. If guests fail to arrive within this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Dining Guidelines

  • Outside food is not allowed.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Guests who cannot consume poultry or seafood should refrain from booking.
  • Corkage Policy:
    • Each guest may bring one bottle of alcoholic beverage.
    • Corkage fee: $100 per bottle.
    • Guests who purchase one bottle of alcohol are entitled to free corkage for one bottle of their own, provided it is of the same volume.
  • Food Allergies & Special Dietary Requests:
    • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.
