Omakase | Fine Dining Reservation
- A deposit is required for Omakase reservations.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 24 hours before reservation: Full deposit refund.
- Less than 24 hours before reservation: Deposit is non-refundable.
- Changes to Reservation:
- If the number of guests changes, charges will still apply based on the original reservation count.
- Example: If a reservation was made for 4 guests, but only 3 guests arrive, charges will still apply for 4 guests.
- To modify the number of guests, reservation time, or cancel the booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Izakaya | Beer Garden | À La Carte Reservation
- NO deposit is required for à la carte reservations.
- If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so we can accommodate other guests.
Late Arrival Policy
- Dishes are served according to the scheduled reservation time.
- If guests arrive more than 10 minutes late, previously served dishes cannot be re-served.
- Omakase dining times as below:
- 5:30 PM – 7:45 PM
- 8:00 PM – 10:15 PM
- 10:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- 12:30 AM till Last Order 1:30 AM
- Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. If guests fail to arrive within this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Dining Guidelines
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Guests who cannot consume poultry or seafood should refrain from booking.
- Corkage Policy:
- Each guest may bring one bottle of alcoholic beverage.
- Corkage fee: $100 per bottle.
- Guests who purchase one bottle of alcohol are entitled to free corkage for one bottle of their own, provided it is of the same volume.
- Food Allergies & Special Dietary Requests:
- Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.
